Applications:

It is applied to power supply of ESP(Electric submersible pumps) system with the rating voltage less than 3kV 5KV or 6kV, and has an outstanding capability of oil resistance and anticorrosive resistance. The operating temperature of the conductor is 120°C,150°C,180°C,204°C,232°C,etc.
The insulation material that can be used is as below: PP, EPR, polyimide-F46, etc. The material of inner jacket includes NBR, compound of the neoprene and PVC, EPR, fluoroplastics, lea, etc. The outer sheath material is as the galvanized steel tape, stainless steel tape, etc.

Insulation -- EPDM/EPR
Sheath -- Alloy lead
Barrier -- Oil resistant or braid tape Layer(Separator)
