Application:
Aluminum Service Entrance Cable Type SE,with rated voltage 600V, is used to transmit power from the junction box to the meter base and from the meter base to the distribution cabinet; it may be used in all applications where Type SE cable is permitted.Type SE cable could be used in dry or wet environment at the working temperature not exceed 90ºC.

Product Parameters

Structure:
1.Conductor: AA-8000 series aluminum alloy according to ASTM- B-800 and B-801
2.Insulation: sunlight resistant Type XHHW-2 insulation (XLPE ).
3.Wrapping:Style U (SEU): Two insulated conductors surrounded by concentric bare AA-8000 aluminum alloy neutral wires and a reinforcement tape.
                 Style R(SER):Two, three or four insulated conductors and a bare ground conductor cabled together and covered with a reinforced binder tape.
4.Jacket:  gray sunlight-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
5. Nos of conductor: SER:2+ 1(grounding); 3+ 1(grounding); 4+ 1(grounding); SEU: 2+ 1(Bare Conentric Ground)
